Managing Partner

Based in Minnesota, Tim launched his finance career in 2013 with US Bank, working closely with business owners across the spectrum from startups to established legacy companies. After a few years in Minnesota, he moved to California’s Central Coast to spearhead the development of a new business banking presence for US Bank in that area. Returning to Minnesota to be closer to family, Tim then spent seven years in the equipment finance industry, serving small businesses and middle-market companies.

With over a decade of experience in finance and an expansive professional network, Tim joined his partners to establish Aspire Finance, driven by a mission to build meaningful relationships and support company growth through strategic capital investments in equipment.

Outside of work, Tim is an active member of the Minnesota Make-A-Wish Council. He and his wife enjoy live music, traveling, and spending time with their English and French Bulldogs. A certified L1 CrossFit Trainer, Tim has completed countless Tough Mudder events, is passionate about golf, and loves attending live sports.

Whit has been a Senior Executive in the Real Estate Finance world for over 10 years. He was one of the original founders and members of Civic Financial Services, which was a leading national private money lender that originated over $9 Billion of business purpose loans and was one of a handful of companies that helped usher in a new era in the world of investor lending.

Whit has been honored as one of National Mortgage Professional’s “40 Under 40” and received the “Standard of Excellence Award” from the National Lending Experts.

Whit lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife, two children, and 2 dogs. He and his wife are real estate investors, focusing on building a portfolio of rental properties in the greater Charleston, SC market. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family and is a passionate golfer, fly fisherman, and traveler.

Kelli has over 30 years of professional experience in the fields of management, real estate and lending. She began her professional career at a Fortune 500 company where she quickly moved up the ranks eventually becoming a Division Manager. In this position, Kelli managed multiple facilities and 1000+ employees. After 12 years in corporate America, she decided to follow her dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

Since then, Kelli has owned and operated multiple successful businesses including a mortgage brokerage, a house flipping business, a manufacturing company and many others. Kelli has also built an extensive real estate portfolio that includes both active and passive investments.

Kelli is currently one of the founding members and managing partners of Rehab Wallet, a hard money lending company in the Carolinas and Georgia. Rehab Wallet has funded over $250 million in loans since its inception in 2020.

Danny has over a half a decade of professional experience working as a financial consultant for one of the premier financial consulting firms in the country. He advised multi-billion dollar companies and helped them achieve results in areas that include improved revenue performance, increased profit margin, and enhanced technology utilization.

Danny is one of the managing partners of PassiveInvesting.com, a private equity real estate investment firm focused on building passive income and equity for its passive investors through risk-adjusted real estate investments across the United States. The group has acquired over $1.8 Billion in real estate assets including large apartment complexes, self-storage, hotels, and express car washes.

Danny is also one of the founder members and managing partners of Rehab Wallet, a hard money lender based in the Carolina’s.

Dan has an extensive successful background in starting multiple seven- and eight-figure businesses from scratch including a group of non-surgical orthopedic medical clinics located throughout South Carolina. He is the founder of the Multifamily Investor Nation where he educates a nationwide group (40,000+ members) of multifamily investors on how to properly invest in multifamily assets.

Tyler has spent a decade helping businesses scale through multimillion dollar capital investment projects as an Engineer and Project Manager. His experience leading large scale projects and negotiating contracts with vendors gives him a unique ability to understand both the technical and financial sides of equipment acquisition. Throughout his career he’s worked with partners in multiple industries including food & beverage manufacturing, packaging, and commercial construction.

He joined Aspire with a passion for helping manufacturers, contractors, and industrial companies gain the equipment they need to meet business demands.

Tyler lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife, daughter, and dog. Outside of work he loves spending time with his family and playing various sports activities, golf, basketball, and volleyball.
